Overview
The NBC marketing team approached us while we were managing Juice and Derrick C. Westbrook’s branding, looking for a space to authentically connect Grand Crew with Black-owned wine brands. We curated a custom wine list that aligned with the show’s themes, assisted in hosting a wine tasting, and worked closely with their PR team to have Derrick lead a wine segment on TV, featuring the cast as part of the promotional rollout.
To ensure a sold-out event, we handled marketing through social media and our email list, driving engagement and attendance. We also collaborated with NBC’s audio-visual team to preview the new season, creating a seamless viewing experience. To capture the energy of the event and extend its reach beyond the venue, we produced a recap video in partnership with our local videographer, showcasing key moments from the tasting, audience reactions, and behind-the-scenes footage. Our efforts helped bridge the connection between culture, wine, and entertainment, ensuring Grand Crew’s promotion resonated with its audience in an authentic and impactful way.
