For the City of Minneapolis, we successfully bid on a contract to develop a violence prevention program for elementary and middle school students. Our goal was to create an interactive learning environment where students could engage with community leaders and young role models, gaining insight into conflict resolution and violence prevention. We assembled a team of teachers and students, while also executing a strategic marketing plan to inform and involve parents in the neighborhood, ensuring strong community participation.
In partnership with Earl Branch, who developed the curriculum, we crafted a comprehensive program experience, including the branding and design of program shirts in alignment with the City of Minneapolis’ specifications. Our holistic approach combined education, mentorship, and community engagement, fostering a safe space for youth to learn, connect, and develop the skills necessary to create positive change in their communities
